Enviroment was just right :
Lights: not too bright, didn't have to strain or cover eyes to see.
room: clean, and spacious
temp: Goldielocks.
vibe: quite, mellow, and friendly.
staff: informative, professional, and helpful.

Dr. Clark was very helpful in re-checking my prescription to be sure that it was correct when I brought my new glasses in with some issues. The whole staff is very helpful and patient!
