The doctor and the tech that helped me were very courteous and helpful but one of the assistants/tech’s in the lobby scolded me about how I was holding glasses that I was trying-on and stating I was going to damage or break them. She could have been nicer but she was so rude and condescending that I almost walked out without purchasing a pair of glasses. The only reason I stayed was because both the doctor and the tech assigned to me were both nice and the tech apologized for her co-worker’s rudeness. My son has an appointment and I’m not sure I will bring him
