Dr. Shields is great! She always takes her time with you. Undivided attention. She’s always asking questions. Listens to all concerns and questions. And even takes special time to inquire about one’s family. I would recommend her and her staff!

Nice location, high customer service. Medical ophthalmological exam to the best standard, extremely professional. Our family enjoyed the visit and felt welcome. My visit today was great! Everyone was very courteous and efficient. Dr. Petersen as always was very good and listens to any concerns you might have and is a very good doctor. He is very professional and I highly recommend him. Thanks AVOC !! Good selection of eyewear too!!

All employee’s were professional and courteous. The young lady who helped me pick out my glasses was very patient as I had trouble picking them. Even changed my mind after I picked the first pair. Found some fir me that were more what I was looking for. A special thanks to her!

Dr. Shields was top notch. She listened and was very patient in answering my questions. She addressed my dry eye issue and was very conscientious in performing all the necessary exams. Nadine was great! She was VERY helpful and parient in helping me pick up my glasses. I love that she was with me from the begging to the end of my appointment. Great system especially if the assistant and the doctor are top notch.

Doctor Peterson was great and explained everything clearly. Best part was finding out that my insurance covered almost everything for my new glasses. Exam and glasses would have cost $1056, but insurance paid 95 per cent.
